I think she's been in contact with you about specifics. For our part, we're hoping to arrive sometime after 9, help with whatever you need help with - Ryan would be possibly even be interested in learning to milk a goat if the occasion should present itself, and then enjoy a potluck lunch. I think Natalie has coordinated her group to provide plenty of food, so please don't feel you need to host more than you already are in welcoming us all in.
