Wow! So cute! I remember how much fun it was visiting you while the babies were staying inside by the fire; holding them like newborn babes in blankets and rocking....sigh! This morning I had to get baby pictures of (human) Gabriel for his 8th grade graduation slide show. He was so tiny and cuddly with so much jet black hair. You came to visit. Now at 14, he is 5 inches taller than me, but still (luckily), awfully affectionate. But he is sooo tall! Who is that tiny black haired roly-poly little friend of mine in the photo? I can smell him, remember every feeling....This is why we get pets when we know we won't have any more babies? No matter how bathed, calm, or cute my pups are, wrapping them up and babying them is nothing like my three newborn miracles. That must be why I don't look at the pictures unless I have to.....At least my big kids are affectionate; Lily runs full speed and kisses me between my ribs. It knocks the wind out of me. I've given up asking her to be more gentle; Instead I tell her, "that was a great one; if it hurts, you just know it's love." It really hurts. Gabe likes to pick me up. It's like a daily heimlich....preventative heimlich maneuvers, plus the knees and elbows to remind me that all that breast feeding probably has added 3 or 4 inches to his height, arm/leg length...such a good mom I've been. then Gracie has her, "two heads are better than one," forehead headbutt which means we're on great terms. It hurts. Bad. So things are good. Good relationships with little ones, tweens and teens are just as great as with newborns, it's just that those little tiny bugs can now express their affection, right? Anyway, the smallest dog does need a bath, so maybe I'll hold her in a towel for a while as she pretends to need to be held. Enjoy those lambs and kids!

Hi, Kriss. Your lambs and kids look absolutely adorable! Congrats (do you say that to sheep and goat people?).

I tried to log on to RVTC to find out what's happening but I can't see anything from the Blanchardville link. Any ideas?

Could we come and get Cricket on Friday?
