Pollan also wrote a kick-butt "Letter to the Farmer-In-Chief" in the NY Times Sunday Magazine before the election laying out his recommendations for agricultural policy in the near future. I've been reading 'The Onmivore's Dilemma' by Michael Pollan. I'm taken by the circular cause/effect/feed/eat relationships of the grass farms and think of you and your adventures at every chapter. Have you encountered this book yet? Darel and I wished we lived closer to you to really experience all that you are doing! Seriously, Kriss, when do you sleep?
