		<description>It&#039;s on Netflix, or you can buy sets of the old TV show from the 60s. I think you&#039;d LOVE Julia - she&#039;s smart, funny and tough. And she screws up all the time, which is reassuring. Russets are what you want for baking and for mashing, generally, because they are dry and fluffy. Reds are better for roasting and boiling, generally. But as Julia says, &quot;The potato is a very mysterious animal.&quot;</description>
