TYO (throw-your-own) Farm Parties!

If you’ve got an animal-loving or craft-crazy child (or adult!) we can help you plan the party of a lifetime. We’ll host your party here in the farmhouse, out on the patio or spread through the yard. We can provide a tour, petting experience, lawn games, bonfire and craft. Craft experiences can include dyeing wool and silk, wet and dry felting, paper decoupage, soapmaking and spa activites. Spring and summer parties involve lots of baby animal fun.

These little ladies were part of a group that made felted wool jewelry and stuffed animals – including the barrettes they are wearing!

This group of 6 women spent an afternoon dyeing yarns, drinking wine and nibbling on cheeses and chocolate they’d brought. Above, you can see the jars of dye and the bowls of food all mixing nicely on the tables in the summer kitchen dye studio. Below, the yarns!

We’ll design a party with you that can encompass any age or experience level. Boys, girls, young and old – we’ll brainstorm and come up with the perfect day!

Our craft experiences range from beginner wool-craft activities to intermediate dye and felt classes for fiber artists.
