Homestead Harvest Festival: October 13
All are invited to celebrate the harvest of a great growing year with us! 2pm til dark. Bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets, drinks for the day and a potluck dish to share for dinner at 6pm.
We’ll have swings to swing in, trees to climb, goats to get in and romp with, as well as lawn games set up all day. In addition to the events listed below, there will also be Homestead Meats for purchase at 10% off (bring a cooler), as well as Maidmarion Cottage Industry wool products and other locally made foods and crafts for sale.

Pot Luck Community Dinner
Join us for a relaxed dinner out among the gardens and animals! Bring a dish to pass and drinks to share. We’ll share a big Circle M smoked ham and Bourbon Beef Shortribs.
6:30 to 8pm
Moograss! Bluegrass and Old Time Band
This lively string band will have you singing along and getting up to dance with traditional bluegrass and old-time country favorites.

Evening Bonfire
We’ll close out the evening with s’mores by the bonfire, and perhaps a bit of impromptu music (bring instruments and music to share!). Bring your portable knitting and spinning projects to work on, blankets to wrap up in, and chairs to pull up to the blaze.
