We’ve had these custom-made for us at Ruf’s Sausage House in New Glarus, and we are quite pleased. They have no nitrates and no additives whatsoever but sugar and spice. We’ve had them made much leaner than the brats you may be used to. Flavors include: Breakfast Links, Italian, Hot Hi-Chi- Mama!, Apple, Sauerkraut and Onion

Pastured Poultry
We’ve had so many requests in the past few years for chickens from the farm, that we’ve decided to expand beyond snatching up wayward roosters in the fall. We’re raising some lovely heritage breed meat chickens – Plymouth Rocks, Wyandottes and Dark Cornish – to pasture this spring and butcher in the summer. Also by request, we have ordered heritage turkeys – the very rare Chocolates – to pasture until Thanksgiving. We are taking pre-orders now.
