Go ahead and grab a new skill this year! Ever wanted to learn to knit, spin, felt, dye, garden or just have a fun learning experience out on the farm? We’ve got the perfect class for you – and your day will include a petting tour of the pastures where you’ll meet all the animals! Classes can be scheduled for almost any day of the week, except Saturday morning when we are at Farmers Market, and Sunday morning when we are at church. Our experiences are designed to meet the needs of everyone from young children, to families to experienced crafters. Check out our Class Descriptions and contact us to schedule a date for your favorite class or combo of classes. Prices start at $25 per hour per person.
Most of our classes can be offered off-site as well as on-farm. Kriss Marion currently teaches several fiber classes per season at Shake Rag Alley in Mineral Point and felting field trips several days a week at Folklore Village in Dodgeville. She also teaches art classes at Grandview in Hollandale and after-school programs for the Pecatonica and Argyle grade schools. Kriss also teaches garden classes in the winter and spring at various conferences and clubs. Please contact her for pricing and scheduling information.
